What data we process

  • Contact data you provide voluntarily when you write to us by phone, WhatsApp or social media (name, phone number, message content).
  • Booking data: when you book a match through the booking widget on theBook page, the details you enter (first name, last name, email, phone number, date and time chosen) are collected by Cal.com, which syncs them with the field manager's Google Calendar.
  • Technical browsing data collected by the third-party services embedded in the site (map, booking widget) — see the Cookie Policyfor details.

The site does not require login and does not handle online payments or credit card data in any form.

Purposes and legal basis

  • Handling contact requests and bookings: legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures requested by the data subject (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Loading non-essential third-party content (map, embedded booking widget): legal basis is consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), requested via the cookie banner before loading.

Data sharing and transfer

To manage bookings we rely on Cal.com Inc. (booking service provider) andGoogle (Google Calendar for appointment syncing, Google Maps for the map on the Contact page). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, based on standard contractual clauses or other adequate safeguards provided by the respective providers. For more information:

Data retention

Data related to contact requests and bookings is kept for as long as necessary to manage the relationship with the data subject and, afterwards, for the period required by applicable legal obligations.

Data subject rights

You may at any time request access to your personal data, its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing, and request data portability, by writing to the contacts listed above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali,www.gpdp.it).
